Unity Development
Gameplay systems, UI, editor tooling, SDK integration, and complete feature ownership for 2D and 3D Unity projects.
Studio collaboration
Practical Unity engineering for prototypes, production features, browser builds, optimization work, and long-running collaborations.
We work directly with founders, producers, designers, and engineering teams. Engagements can be a focused technical sprint or ongoing production support, with scope and communication agreed before work begins.
Gameplay systems, UI, editor tooling, SDK integration, and complete feature ownership for 2D and 3D Unity projects.
Browser-focused Unity builds with deliberate memory budgets, compressed delivery, responsive embeds, and loading UX.
Playable prototypes that answer the important questions early and give stakeholders something concrete to evaluate.
CPU, GPU, memory, loading, and build-size improvements alongside platform adaptation and release preparation.
Responsive controls, progression, game feel, AI, systems design implementation, and moment-to-moment polish.
Reliable ongoing development for studios that need consistent communication, maintainable code, and steady delivery.
The developer behind Boxes Labs
Boxes Labs is the game studio identity of Abdullah Qadeer, a Unity developer building original games and helping teams ship theirs.
I started Boxes Labs to make games that could carry a clear point of view from the first sketch to the final build. Working independently keeps design and engineering close together: ideas are tested in play, technical choices serve the experience, and feedback reaches the work without layers of translation.
The same approach shapes my client work. I communicate directly, document decisions, build maintainable systems, and stay close to the outcome rather than treating development as a queue of isolated tasks.
A feature is only successful when it improves the experience in someone’s hands.
Readable systems and honest communication make collaboration faster and safer.
Performance, loading, accessibility, and release details are part of the product.
