Open Account Deletion Portal

Option 1: Request Deletion Online (Self-Service)

  1. Click the portal button above to open the official Lammah Cards Account Deletion page.
  2. Sign in using your linked Email (via secure Magic Link) or your Google Play Games account.
  3. Review the deletion summary and confirm by typing DELETE in the confirmation box.
  4. Your account, player profile, social connections, match history, and authentication links are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Delete Directly Inside the Game

  1. Launch Lammah Cards on your mobile device.
  2. From the main lobby, open Settings (gear icon) or tap your Profile avatar.
  3. Navigate to Account Settings and select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion prompt. Your account will be removed immediately from our live systems.

What Data Is Deleted

  • Player Profile & Identity: Display name, avatar, bio, player ID, and account status.
  • Authentication Credentials: Email linkages and Google Play Games identity mappings.
  • Social & Communications: Friends list, incoming/outgoing friend requests, direct messages, and match chat history.
  • Gameplay & Progression: Match history, win/loss statistics, leaderboard rankings, and in-game achievements.
  • Purchased Virtual Cosmetics: Custom table themes, card backs, and avatar frames.

Data Retention Policy

While your account and live gameplay data are erased immediately, certain minimal records are retained strictly where required by applicable laws, financial regulations, or platform security requirements:
