Request the deletion of specific categories of personal data (such as social history, match stats, or contact linkages) while keeping your game account active.

Sign in using your linked email address (via Magic Link) or your Google Play Games account to process your deletion request instantly.

Open Data Deletion Portal

Option 1: Delete Specific Data Scopes Online

  1. Click the portal button above to open the Lammah Cards Data Management portal.
  2. Sign in using your linked Email or Google Play Games account.
  3. Select the specific categories of data you wish to delete (e.g., social chat history, match statistics, unlinking email, or resetting profile customizations).
  4. Submit the form to immediately purge the selected data categories.

Option 2: In-Game Data Controls

  1. Open Lammah Cards on your mobile device.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Account.
  3. Choose to unlink social accounts, reset your profile cosmetics, or request a complete account deletion.

Configurable Data Deletion Scopes

  • Social & Chat History: Deletes friends, friend requests, and all direct/match messages.
  • Match Statistics & History: Clears win/loss records, total games played, and game history entries.
  • Email Linkage: Unlinks your email address from your game player profile.
  • Profile Customization: Resets your custom player name and avatar back to anonymous defaults.

Data Retention Policy

Selected data scopes are wiped immediately from our operational database. The retention schedules below apply solely to legally mandated records and disaster-recovery snapshots:
