These terms govern your use of Thanda, a game published by Boxes labs Pvt Ltd under the Boxes Labs brand. By downloading, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these terms.
License to use the game
Boxes Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the game for private, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the game.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the game's source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use cheats, automation, exploits, or unauthorized software to interfere with gameplay, services, or other players.
- Use the game in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to its systems or community.
Advertisements and third-party services
The game may contain advertisements delivered through Google AdMob, Voodoo, Meta/Facebook technologies, mediation providers, or other advertising partners. Ads may be rewarded, interstitial, banner, or another supported format. You are not entitled to a particular ad, reward, advertiser, or advertising frequency.
Analytics and attribution technologies may include Unity Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Meta/Facebook analytics tools, and GameAnalytics. Platform services, advertisements, purchases, analytics, and external links are also subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policy. See the game's privacy policy for details.
In-app purchases and virtual items
The game may offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, consumable items, non-consumable items, additional content, or advertising-removal products. Purchases are processed by the marketplace through which you obtained the game, such as Google Play or Apple's App Store, and are also governed by that marketplace's terms.
- You are responsible for purchases made through your platform account and for keeping that account secure.
- Prices, taxes, payment methods, parental controls, billing authorization, and currency conversion are determined by the marketplace and your region.
- Virtual currency and virtual items are licensed, not sold; have no cash value; cannot be transferred outside the game; and cannot be exchanged for real money unless the game expressly provides otherwise.
- Consumable items may be used up and may not be restorable. Eligible non-consumable items may be restored through the same supported platform account.
- Boxes Labs may change the availability, balancing, or functionality of virtual items where reasonably necessary, but will not intentionally remove a paid entitlement without a valid operational, legal, security, or platform reason.
Refunds and purchase support
Refund requests are handled under the rules of the marketplace that processed the payment and applicable consumer law. Boxes Labs cannot directly refund a payment it did not process. For billing and refund rules, review the Google Play Terms of Service or the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If an item is not delivered after a completed purchase, contact Boxes Labs with the non-sensitive transaction information supplied by the marketplace.
Intellectual property
The game, its code, artwork, audio, characters, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Boxes labs Pvt Ltd. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Availability and updates
Features, supported platforms, online services, and availability may change over time. Boxes Labs may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game when reasonably necessary.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Boxes labs Pvt Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game where such limitations are permitted by applicable law.
Termination
Your permission to use the game ends if you materially breach these terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability continue to apply after termination.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the game, services, or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
